A fine line I know
(One I need to draw)
Between fake and real
Between life and reel
Perfect choregorphy
In my biography?
Ending like happy?
Ending like nothing?
Do I live my life
With movie lines
Perfect words said
Perfect girl, wife?
Imperfect world here
Same with me too
What about you?
When do we settle
Can we be realistic
Or simply materialistic?
Perfect expectations
People falling short
Including you, me and we
Trying to live life
With our movie lines
With our perfect times
Perfect hopeful thoughts
Perfect future memories
