That Girl in the Window

Is that my sweetheart?
The one in the window?
I wish we would just start
Yeah, i think you know
Pretty, perfect, and fancy free
She is amazing and everything (for me)
That girl, that girl, she's fine
my life'd be bright if she were mine
I'm so in love, it makes me mad
That girl, that girl, i've got it so bad
Is it too good to be true
When she won't even look at you?
But then I rap on the glass
Smile and spring my traps
that girl that girl, is looking at me
Pretty soon, i'm gonna set her free
Is that my sweetheart?
The one in the window?
Yeah, baby, jumpstart
'cause it's all over now
And I don't know why it is I get
What I want right now
What I need so bad
But I've learned not to ask
Yeah, I've learned to cry
And sometimes I just look up, up to the sky
And The rain pours down
From these eyes in my head
As my lips move silently
for my million words said
Yeah, I thank God for you
For all this love, For all this you
And I don't know why it is I get
What I need right now
What I want so bad...
Is that my sweetheart?
Coming down the lane?
With flowers in her hand
Coming to marry me!
