Cinder

It was the beginning of December
Hands holding hands
Burned like a cinder

In my skies - a daze
And in my eyes - disbelief
But a promise always stays
For this one, there is no thief

It was the beginning of December
The ashes of Autumn
All that remained - a cinder

From the west came
Relief for my heart
The north wind brought
Cool relief to my face

It was the beginning of December
Eyes connecting eyes
Oh... baby doll, remember?!
