Lion
written by: Tim Gallagher

inhale

then...

let it out

let them fly

around about

little seeds

full of life

it won't be long

'til you'll be my wife

and the seeds float

and slowly drift down

downy white

like your wedding gown

* * *

so i take this lion

a dandy one at that

give it a gentle puff

and away they drift

just like my thoughts

when i dream of you

what a wonderful gift

This was written over a year ago, but I just found it and decided to post it. I hadn't dated it which is why it's dated in 2002 even though it was written in 2001.
