little tiptoer
running about
don't fall down
please don't frown

little curly
sleeping there
my sweet girly
don't frown

days turn to months
and months to a year
my, how life flies
in my eye a tear

christmas time again
packages and ribbon
little annie runnin' round
that little tiptoer

true courage
found every day
in the lives we lead
in the words we say

days turn, and turn
weeks churn and churn
with a policy of smiles
in exchange for miles

all along this journey
we're taking together
this family of ours
mom, dad and tiptoer
